Description
7 lot subdivision as part of a 30-lot
subdivision. A site that had it all and one where we did a Joint Venture with
the landowner of our site to buy their back yard but also did a Joint Venture
with neighbour (after passing larger block onto them) due to synergies that
existed in creation on a new council road through our lot onto their lot.
Key points of project were JV with owner
and fellow developer, Waterway Corridor, flooding, NALL, filling of site and
selling during COVID commencement.
This project is now complete and was undertake as a double Joint Venture project.
