Description
This project was another 7 lot subdivision on a site that was seemingly overlooked by others. We had to navigate around site flooding, rear Waterway Corridor, Bushfire buffers, site fill to achieve flood free levels and other little incidents.
Project was undertaken by responsibility sharing Joint Venture and money partners.
