50+ lot subdivision secured directly through discussions with owners after a lead from sale partners. A massive site for infill developments and one that does have a few problems to solve. Prelodgement meetings held with council and a lot of design work to overcome site restraints with ecology and flooding however as per prelodgement meeting council are comfortable with our plan and yield we are seeking.

DA will be lodged late 2022 and approval expected late 2023 with finalisation in 2024.
