Description
A great little 1 into 3 subdivision where we kept the house on the middle lot. The house was transformed with a nice renovation with primary renovation responsibilities being with Joint Venture partners.
Key point of project was council TAPs relating to where we had to position the crossover onto the site and then utilise internal easement for access.
