Description
A 7 lot subdivision we acquired already
having Development Approval. Project start coincided with COVID lockdowns. We
had to look a little more creating here as lots did have a need for an Acoustic
Fence and they also had slopes to the road preventing normal slab house
construction.
Key points of project were selling during
COVID, dealing with slope in sales and Acoustic Fence construction.
Project is now complete and was undertaken
with money partners only.
