Description
31 lot subdivision is being undertaken after utilising a combination of delayed settlements and option contracts. Site does have some ecology triggers and need for fill to provide ability to get services out to required connection points.
Project put on pause while trying to secure a neighbouring site but back on track with DA expected 2022 with project finalisation in 2023.
Key projects of the projects are:
- Scale/size
- Ecological amending civil design to be self-sufficient in being able to get them to connection points
- Utilising money partners but fully subscribed.
